Our sea view apartment of 111 m2 has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The spacious living room has a sofa bed, a Smart TV and panoramic windows with views of the Mediterranean Sea. It also has a balcony with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the fresh air and the sea views while having a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The 3 bedrooms offer you a quiet space to rest. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has 2 single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with everything you need for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils for you to cook. ⚠️ Please note, the oven is not working at the moment. The apartment also has a washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and free parking. The apartment is located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The Puerto Marina de Benalmádena is a few minutes' drive away. It also has easy access to Malaga and other places of interest on the Costa del Sol. The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
