We invite you to one of our three locations. SIRVIS Apartments is an intimate guesthouse in the magical Sudovia Region (Suwalszczyzna) in Poland. VillaVieja17 and SunPola Penthouse are two locations on Costa Blanca in Spain. When traveling, we always paid attention to details. It’s the details that create the unforgettable atmosphere and give a place a soul. We always wanted to create places that are one of a kind, full of life and good vibes. SIRVIS Apartments is our first location and we poured our hearts into building it. With heads full of experience and hearts longing for the sun, we discovered Alicante. Here we launched VillaVieja17. One day, during our trip to Tabarca, there was another discovery, and… We found a home to our new dream, SunPola Penthouse.

In the southern part of Santa Pola, just 50 meters from Playa Tamarit, you will find our SunPola Penthouse, the top-quality accommodation located on the top floor of the building. The apartment is spacious, and has everything you need to stay comfortably. It consists of a living room with large windows, a sofa bed and a flat screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen corner with a dining table, two bedrooms (master with a double bed and smaller one with two single beds that can be set together), a bathroom with a shower cabin. The property has WiFi access and air-conditioning (cold / hot). The apartment has two balconies – the long balcony, going along two walls of a living room, with a view of Playa Tamarit and nearby buildings, plus the small one adjacent to a bedroom. Kitchen appliances: refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, dishes/cutlery/utensils. SunPola Penthouse, thanks to its overall space and two separate bedrooms, is great for two couples or 2+2 family.
