***GROUND FLOOR*** South Facing, FULLY REFURBISHED MAY 2019 & Privately Owned. 35 meters from the sandy beach of Las Cucharas and meters from the centre of Costa Teguise (Booking com says 550yards but more like 50meters!) Gated Complex, family & children's pools with pool bar. Private patio. Twin beds in double room with dressing table / hairdryer and ceiling fan. TV with English channels - including SPORTS & CHILDREN'S. FREE Wi-Fi in apartment. This beautiful apartment although being right in the heart of Costa Teguise is on a lovely quiet complex, which is unfortunately not suited to young groups. Sorry but no hen / stag or same sex groups - ideally suited to couples.
Welcome to our dream home in the sun. We've loved Costa Teguise for 20 years, and believe we have found the perfect location in this lovely quiet apartment. We love to pop over to the Pool Bar (which is part of the complex) for a snack and a cold drink, and in the evenings there are many amazing restaurants all within literally a few meters.
Lovely quiet gated complex in the heart of Costa Teguise. Just 35 meters from the sandy beach of Las Cucharas, and the main door of the apartments is within meters of the main square. Lots of restaurants / bars / shops very close by. There is a Hiperdino supermarket which is open until 10pm that is directly accessible from the complex with private residents only entrance - together with a pharmacy, car hire and excursion desk.
