The parent company Turisman 2000 e hijos S.L. derives from the spin-off of Álvarez y Chirino S.L., a company founded in 1976 by Mr. Ángel Álvarez and Mr. Nicolás Chirino, whose main activity was the construction and property development in tourist areas of the Canary Islands. Turisman 2000 e hijos S.L. is a family company with purely Canarian capital, founded in 1999 by Mr. Nicolás Chirino Peñate, and is the parent company of numerous companies in which it has been diversifying the variety of activities it carries out, property rental, tourist exploitations, industrial property development, etc. In 2022, Turisman 2000 e hijos S.L. founded TocToc Suites Olof Palme, a building of holiday homes managed by the director Leticia Dávila, who, together with her team, puts all her effort and determination into satisfying the needs of all her guests.
