Property information

Beautiful flat with terrace located in one of the most characteristic villages of the Alpujarra: Carataunas, 6 km from Órgiva and 2 km from Soportujar, with beautiful views of the mountains. A perfect place to disconnect from the city and relax in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature. Ideal for couples and families. The accommodation is fully equipped and we have taken care to have a warm decoration to make you feel at home. And most importantly, the mattresses and sofa are in perfect condition so you can rest after an intense day of sightseeing and sport. There is a nice living room with a fireplace and 2 bedrooms to accommodate up to 3 people. The mattresses are new (there is also the possibility to ask for a cot if you are travelling with your baby). The flat has a nice terrace where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Sierra Nevada, and you can bring your pet with you, they are welcome. In addition, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. We will leave you the towels, gel and shampoo ready and clean.

The apartment is located in Carataunas, a small town in the heart of the Alpujarra. One of the most recommended villages for those seeking for relax, contact with nature and outdoor sports such as hiking, cycling or horseback riding. Its urban layout and architecture is clearly "Alpujarra style", with houses with flat slate roofs adapted to the terrain’s orography and you can enjoy splendid panoramic views. Just 2Km from Soportujar and 7 km from the waterfalls of Pampaneira, Abuchite de Capileira Bridge, in the vicinity there are many charming places to discover. Mount Mulhacén is 35 km away and, Granada Capital, the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada and the beaches of the Costa Tropical are less than an hour’s drive away.
