Beautiful villa surrounded by spacious garden with lawns, located at only 800 m from the beach Es Torrent with its famous restaurant and close to the beaches Es Xarcu and Cala Jondal. The house has 360 sq.m. and is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there are a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with sitting area with sofas and TV set and dining area with big table connected to the garden and pool area and a toilet. On this floor ther are also 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom each one, a twin bedroom and one more bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the private furnished terrace overlooking the garden. The house is set on 3000 sq.m. fenced plot and has spacious garden with green grass, parking area, a small cottage used as a gym, swimming pool surrounded by sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas, covered porch-terrace with big table used as summer dining room with covered barbecue area with another fridge, and dishwasher.

The villa is located in the quiet rural area, at only 800 m from the beach Es Torrent with its famous restaurant and close to the beaches Es Xarcu and Cala Jondal. Playa den Bossa and Ibiza-town are at 15 min drive.
