Villa Emilio is located in Cala en Porter on the Spanish island of Menorca. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom along with private swimming pool. The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants.Layout The villa, built in typical Menorcan style, is set on one floor. The pool area has a lovely gate covered by bougainvillea flowers. The main door opens into a kitchen and air-conditioned sitting area with separate dining room. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin). Family bathroom. A delightfully pretty shaded dining area by the pool complements the setting. Additional Information : There is a washing machine at the property As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
