Property information

Villa Gabelli is a charming Mallorca Villa with mountain views. It has been made great use of both local stone and designs. The cottage style villa, which is all on one level is bright and provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated in light colors. The entry to the villa is directly into the lounge and dining area. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday. Villa Gabelli enjoys unlimited free WIFI. Down the corridor there is a light airy twin bedroom and an equally bright double bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom between the two bedrooms. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. From the lounge, doors open onto the north facing front terrace which is partially covered by porch for outdoor dining al fresco and with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a barbecue house constructed in local stone.

Villa Gabelli is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs. There are also pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter. Located in a great area with a mountain backdrop and interesting points surrounding it like Camapanet caves, Ufanes water fountains and Sant Miquel chapel, one of the most ancient in Mallorca. Agroturism Monnaber Nou is near to Villa Gabelli and offers a restaurant with incredible views. Villa Gabelli is located in Campanet, a cozy small town situated on the top of a small hill. Just minutes drive from its picturesque village, where you will find a variety of cafés, traditional restaurants, bars and many typical shops with welcoming ambiences and folklore. Any Tuesday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products. There is a big supermarket and grocery located 10 minutes drive.
