This luxury villa is new to the Rental Market. The owners Davide and Tiziana invite you to spend your holidays in a modern villa of 160 sqm property with swimming pool and heated jacuzzi which sits in a 800 sqm plot/garden. The owners have tastefully decorated the villa and want their guests to feel like it's home from home, which is easy to do both inside and outside the villa, with several areas for relaxing, al fresco dining, swimming or chilling, this villa has it all. The villa is managed by a local property management company who provide the highest of cleanliness and support during a guests stay.

Villa Melissa is a luxury 4 bedroom detached family villa which is new to the rental market and is part of the La Maresia residential development on the Salinas de Antigua Golf Course Caleta de Fuste.
