Stunning and modern villa located in the exclusive area of Can Pep Simo in Talamanca. Just a moment away from Marina Botafoch, Pacha, Lío, Heart and Destino, within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. The villa includes 5 bedrooms, three double and two triples, five bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, wifi, private pool and more. Sunny relaxation is assured with extensive terracing spanning the front of the villa’s ground with swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, as well as an exterior dining area overviewing the old town and castle with a beautiful large dining table. We decline any responsibility for inconveniences caused by construction work or actions of third parties taking place outside the villa.
