My name is Anders. We rent out our own properties in Norway and Spain through the company Ponderosa Eiendom AS and have been doing so since 2012.

Property information

Spacious 4-bedroom residence featuring 8 beds (4 doubles), 2.5 baths, equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living room with designated dining and sofa areas. Enjoy the fresh air on the balcony, complete with a dining setup. The outdoor area boasts a BBQ station, kitchen, and lounge area, complemented by a private swimming pool featuring water jets and a comfortable sitting area. Sun beds are also available for your relaxation. There is a damage deposit of 200 euros required before check in.

Neighbourhood information

A serene neighborhood adorned with villas, reflecting the Spanish ambiance, where it's not uncommon to find some friendly four-legged neighbors. Conveniently located: 20 minutes from the airport 30 minutes from Malaga centro 15 minutes to the beach 3 minutes to shops, restaurants, and bars. A car is recommended.
