One of the best located villas in Formentor, one of the best and most luxurious locations in Mallorca, it is an exclusive villa with direct access to the beach as it is located next to it, an impressive terrace with views of the bay, it has 6 rooms, two of them with their own terrace on the first floor and views of the sea, a completely new, very spacious kitchen, completely new bathrooms, two living rooms facing the sea, each distributed on one floor, a living-dining room for 14 people. A property with a Mediterranean forest completely closed to the public. Located near the famous 5-star Formentor hotel, enjoy fantastic dinners with spectacular views and then take a swim in the crystal-clear waters of Formentor under the stars.
