Nuestro fin es que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa, que los pisos y casas estén siempre preparados y estar ahí cuando surgen problemas (que siempre pueden surgir) para dar una solución equilibrada, lógica y que esté gusto de ellos. Tenemos apartamentos de 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5 dormitorios, casas rurales, casas de aldea, apartamentos turísticos, viviendas vacacionales, e incluso gestionamos hoteles rurales. Tratamos de que todas las propiedades estén perfectamente equipadas, mantenidas y decoradas para que el cliente esté siempre a gusto. Para ello tenemos varios equipos de limpieza, decoración, mantenimiento a su entera disposición siempre que lo necesite tanto el cliente como el propietario de alojamientos turísticos. Además, disponemos de asesoría fiscal-laboral-contable. Somos de las pocas empresas que ofrece un servicio de 24 horas para emergencias que pudieran ocurrir a cualquier hora de la noche. Nos gusta cuidar de los apartamentos-casas-propiedades y que los huéspedes en la medida de lo posible también cuiden dichas propiedades. También nos preocupamos por el medio ambiente y tratamos de que se utilice LED en todas las viviendas, ventanas de rotura de puente térmico, energías renovables, y la eliminación de plásticos (en la medida de lo posible) para que las viviendas sean lo más sostenibles. También disponemos en alguno de los alojamientos rurales, placas solares fotovoltaicas para el autoconsumo y en los que tenemos huertos, todo lo utilizado no tiene pesticidas ni abonos químicos.

1679/5000 Traditional Asturian house consisting of three floors, with granary, inn, antojana and a beautiful pool with solarium, all in a farm with fruit trees of 3,500 m2 with different areas of garden and porch, surrounded by stunning views of the Cordillera del Sueve and the Valley and the Ria de Villaviciosa. The house has been refurbished with high quality materials, it conserves the original wooden beams and has 5 rooms with capacity for 10 people (two spectacular suites with large bed, living room and bathroom and three double rooms, one of them with a games for children), plus three extra beds for three more people, can reach up to 13 people maximum capacity, living room with fireplace, large American-style kitchen-dining room, and two other bathrooms. Oblivious to the house, a stable of cattle rehabilitated as an inn-dining room, for family celebrations with a living area and a wood-burning fireplace. Outside, a large terrace with barbecue to eat by the pool with solarium and a suggestive seating area under the typical Asturian hórreo. We have free WIFI. Our clients will find a folder with practical tourist information.

Neighbourhood information

Our villa is located in ALDEA LLAMES, in San Martín del Mar (Villaviciosa), also surrounded by the incomparable setting that constitutes the Valley of Villaviciosa and the Cordillera del Sueve. In this way, you can complement your stay in an ideal way by the Comarca de la Sidra, such as horse riding, hiking, enjoy the best cuisine, and of course, endless playful activities.
