Es una villa campestre única que hace honor a su nombre con una casita de unos 120 m2 en una parcela privada de unos 25000 metros cuadrados donde reina el silencio de la naturaleza para poder descansar sin renunciar a la cercanía de los pueblos de Senija y Benissa y a una distancia de 25 km de Benidorm y Denia.
