Spacious apartment with bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, living room, kitchen, large terrace of 40 square meters, with terrace furniture. The apartment has 65 square meters and a private terrace of 40 square meters with sofas and awning with Japanese blinds. All the rooms except the bathroom and the dressing room have large windows that open onto the terrace. The apartment is very bright and well ventilated. Bedroom with double bed of 1,50m, can comfortably accommodate two people. Availability of cradle. Dressing room with hangers, double furniture with drawers, space to store shoes. The bathroom is spacious, has a sink, toilet, bidet, and a shower of 1.80 m long, with glass screen security, incredibly nice and comfortable, the bathroom also has cabinets to store toiletries. Bedroom with double bed of 1,50m wide. The kitchen of this apartment communicates with the dining room. It is practical since it is fully equipped with the most modern appliances, it has a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. In this kitchen you will find everything you need.
