Wonderful privately owned family villa, ideal for a perfect getaway on the coast is back on the rental market. This unique spacious villa is the ideal location to relax with your loved ones. Located in the well established residential area of El Rosario (5km east of Marbella) with its close proximity to the best beaches on the coast which makes it an ideal home from home to enjoy a comfortable and amazing holiday. Create unforgettable and magic moments with your nearest and dearest!!!!!!!!

The suburb of El Rosario is a family residential area. At the entrance of the urbanization you can find restaurants, cafeteria/bakery, supermarket, beauty salon, tennis/paddle pay and play club, gym, pilates studio, pharmacy and car rental. A two minute drive from the villa will take you to one of the best sandy beaches in Marbella where you will find some nice beach restaurants to enjoy a drink or a meal. To the north of El Rosario, a short 5 minute drive will take you to the beautiful little harbour of Cabopino which has a few very charming bars and restaurants. Distance to the cozy old town of Marbella is 5 km. It contains the historic old town walking area with multitude of shops, cafes and restaurants; additionally, on the seaward side of the old town you will find a promenade with a selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as the port of Marbella with its emblematic light house. To the south there is a 15 minute drive to the world famous harbour of Puerto Banus where high end designer shops, exclusive yatchs, fast cars, discotheques, bars and restaurants are located. A further 35 minutes drive to the south will take you to the unique British colony of Gibraltar (passports required) which you can access either by foot or car.
