Kultakero II was built 2023, this unique penthouse is brand new and first quests came 2/2024. Apartment looks to the northern sky, from jacuzzi on balcony you can watch skiers or late in the night Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). View outside is outstanding, and besides you are practically on the slope. Restaurant Popolo is downstairs - you get there with lift witout even having to wear coat or winter shoes. You can make breakfast in the kitchen or have it in Restaurant Camp right next to it. Ski rental and shop are next door, building is on the slope you only have to cross a drag lift line to get to slope - Ski storage is on street level. Reindeers, Northern Lights and Santa Claus are visitors you see here often.

This is our second luxury aparment in rental. A very special location is important for us - you simply can not find better ski-inn location than this. We use these also ourselves and try to keep them better than good - this was tested and develoopped for five weeks after it got ready winter 2024. Have a look also at Keloruka Cottage in Ruka which we have had in Booking since 2014 having rating 9.4 at the moment. Kultakero Northern Sky will hopefully reach the same rating or even better when 2024-25 season starts.

Hotel Pyhätunturi is mid way up the mountain - it means that in winter it is not as cold as in lower areas, in summer it means there are less mosquitos. In the neigbourhood we have good services, Ski Rental, Ski School, Restaurants, Sport shop, Minimarket etc. Downstairs we have Pizzeria-Ristorante Popolo, you do not need even need shoes to get there. Slopes are so close you do not find anywhere else - you just slide to slopes. If you arrive by plane Santas Post Office is close to Rovaniemi Airport. From airport there is a shuttle to Pyhätunturi or PYHÄ (HOLY) as friends call it. In Finland you can also have a good night train from Helsinki and you sleep in Sleeping Car and wake up in Kemijärvi in the morning - this is also an experience. Ask me about this option.
