This spacious studio apartment is perfect for relaxing for four people, a couple or a single person. The apartment has convenient Italian convertible beds that fold into the wall. The double bed can also be raised during the day, when the comfortable sofa can be used. The beds are only used when you settle down for the night. So you can spend time in the spacious living room, which turns into a sleeping area in the blink of an eye, and where the midnight sun doesn't shine thanks to the blackout curtains. For remote working, you have a convenient coffee table that can be converted into a desk and, of course, a good internet connection
The bathroom is finally a nice affair, where you can find a washing machine, a sink and a rain shower. You can use a separate sauna in the same yard after a day of exercise, whether you've been hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, downhill skiing, snowmobiling or have been involved in many other activities in the area.
You can cook tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which has an induction stove with a separate oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. During your meal break, you can look at Lapland's wilderness landscapes from the spacious window.
It's about a kilometer to Suumu's slopes and the trails start next door. There is a parking space for the car.

The magic of Snow-Finland in the Arctic Circle
Suomutunturi is one of Finland's areas with the most snow, so you can ski and snowboard here even when there is no snow elsewhere. Suomutunturi's 10 slopes and four lifts take you to a height difference of 255 meters, with the longest slope being 1,700m. The fell itself is a hazard, which is 410 m high. The slopes have character and steepness for even more demanding skiing, and downhill skiing has been practiced here since 1965.
Cross-country skiers are treated to a network of 75 km of slopes, 17 km of which are illuminated. For those who want the charm of speed, there are no less than 80 km of marked sledding routes. On a dog sled ride, the ride is on the ground, or should I say close to the snow, and the enthusiasm of the moths takes you along.
The new hotel building offers great panoramic views directly to the slopes. So you can watch your children or other group cool off comfortably in an armchair while enjoying your favorite drink. When you get hungry, you have three high-quality restaurants to choose from.
Suumo is also fun outside of the snow season. It's easy to come here in the fall to admire the autumn colors or to go hiking in the summer, because Kuusamo and Rovaniemi airports are just over an hour's drive away.
