Located on the private island of Vartiosaari in Rovaniemi, Aino Private Island Hotel is an adults-only boutique retreat offering a quiet and highly personal stay just 10 minutes from central Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The island is accessed via a hanging bridge over the Kemijoki River. Each deluxe room and suite is individually designed with natural materials, soft textures, and custom furnishings. All rooms include a TV, kettle, capsule coffee machine, and private bathroom with shower and towels. The hotel also features a private villa with three bedrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, and a terrace overlooking the Arctic river, ideal for guests seeking additional space and privacy. The restaurant Kota, housed in a building inspired by traditional Lappish huts with an open fireplace, serves daily breakfast and dinners. Breakfast and dinner is included in all room rates.
