The chalet is a spacious 99m2, with a wood burning stove, open plan double height living area, 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, sauna, 3 bathrooms. Outdoors- a private terrace and garden, backing on to woodland.

The chalet is located at the foot of Mont Blanc and is a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive) from Taconnaz train station and is 6 km from Chamonix . Walk down the hill to the bottom of route du pont and you will find the bus stop which travels the entire length of the valley. The Rocky Pop hotel at the end of this road features cosy bar and restaurant, arcade games. The Super U super market is a short walk from the chalet or less than 3 minutes by car. Further into Les Houches you will find the boulangeries, pizzeria and each Wednesday the farmers market. Les Houches offers something for everyone, restaurants, a micro brewery, ice Outdoor skating rink (winter), Bellevue and Prarion Ski lifts which operate in both winter and summer season. The tourist is open daily and provides an up to date list of all the activities for each day. Travel time is approx 1hour from Geneva (allow more time during peak seasons) 5 min to Bellevue lift, 8 min to Chamonix. Easy few hundred meters walk down to Chamonix bus stop. Parking for 2 cars at the property.
