Cozy apartment with parking in a 1905 Villa, quiet location, Garden, pool, barbecue, table tennis, trampoline for children, covered porch 30m2. Ceilings 194 cm high ! We live in the first floor over the apartment and we have 2 nice dogs. Well located, 3 min walk from the main train station, metro to San Sebastian and bus stop. 2,5 km to the beach and 5 min to the Bay of Txingudi. 500 m away from the border and the river. We share with our guests the garden, pool and porch. Wonderful natural areas around, Aiako harriak and Jaizkibel Pets accepted. Possibility of parking inside. Both under reservation.
We are a family of 5 members living above the apartment with two nice dogs.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and Central at the same time, and has shops 5 minutes walk (Carrefour, Intermarché, fishmonger, bakery...).
