In a 4 * residence offering during the summer / winter seasons, a heated outdoor swimming pool and a sauna with free access as well as a restaurant with the possibility of half board. The completely renovated apartment of 30m2 on the first floor with elevator is composed of: - a living room with rapido sofa and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen area - a shower room - a separate toilet - a large dressing room - a bedroom area with TV (mezzanine bed 1 pers + sofa bed) Housekeeping included for weekly rentals. Single use sheets / towels (only on request) Parking space included in a covered car park in front of the apartment. If restrictive travel measures are imposed by the state, we undertake on your request to reimburse you for your entire reservation (including within the last 30 days)
