Bright 32 m² apartment, south-facing, located on the first floor with an elevator. Recently renovated in September 2024, it has undergone a complete makeover with modern installations and impeccable finishes. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide an elegant and comfortable living space. Ideally located in the heart of the resort, with direct access to the ski slopes and pistes (ski locker at the building entrance). Direct access to the shopping galleries without stepping outside. The balcony is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a meal outdoors. Inside: - Fully equipped kitchen/dining area - 1 bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people, sleeps 4 people - 1 living room with a convertible sofa, sleeps 2 people - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
