Ideally located for a professional stay (12 minutes from La Défense by tram) or to discover Paris (30 minutes by metro from the center and all the main centers of interest). An ideal environment: lively neighborhood (shops, restaurants, markets, parks, cinema, etc.) while enjoying peace and quiet. Particularly pleasant and cozy, this apartment has been redone in a modern style while retaining the charm of the old.
