NOISE POLLUTION: Parties are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Following intolerable excesses, we will be uncompromising on this point. => Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. In the event of nighttime noise, we will not hesitate to contact the police without delay. Noise after 10 p.m. (lively discussions, music, footsteps, shocks, etc.) is not tolerated. We ask you to show discretion and respect towards our neighbors throughout your stay, whether in the accommodation, on the terrace, or in the common areas.
NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION: Smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of €200 to cover laundry costs and compensation for subsequent travelers.
CLEANING: The accommodation is cleaned and disinfected before and after each reservation. We ask you to return it in a suitable condition. Any abuse will result in additional charges.
PETS: Although we love them very much, we do not accept animals so that people with allergies can also have a good stay. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of €150.
