Both "cozy" and "trendy," this 35m² apartment with a 16m² balcony consists of a living room/TV lounge with Wi-Fi and a bedroom featuring ample storage space. The apartment includes an American-style kitchen (washing machine/dishwasher/fridge-freezer/convection oven + microwave/coffee machine, etc.) as well as a bathroom/WC equipped with a walk-in shower to ensure optimal comfort. From the balcony, where you can enjoy your meals, a staircase leads you to the 40m² rooftop terrace/solarium. This terrace is fully furnished with an outdoor lounge, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The rooftop terrace is an integral part of the apartment, entirely private, and has no overlooking neighbors. There is a closed garage/box for one vehicle. Please note that if your vehicle is a large limousine or SUV, parking may be tricky but still possible. The width of the box is 2.30 meters. A communal (unsupervised) swimming pool is available in the residence gardens.

The Corniche Fleurie neighborhood in Nice is a quiet and residential area located about 7 km from the city center. It offers a peaceful ambiance, ideal for those seeking a serene living environment. However, there are few shops available in this area, so having a car can be practical, though it's not indispensable. In terms of public transportation, the neighborhood is well-connected by bus and tram lines. Buses such as lines 17, 32, 50, 51, and 61 make it easy to travel around Nice and its surroundings. The tramway is also a convenient option to reach other parts of the city, with frequent connections.
