The fine print
In the beginning of October 2025, construction work began in front of the apartment (across the street). During the day (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), only weekdays, the works can sometimes be noisy. The apartment is equipped with double glazing, but using the balcony may be less pleasant. However, the construction site is not active on weekends, and will not be active in the summer.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
