Very nice newly renovated apartment in the heart of the historic old town of Menton. You will be able to find touches of modernity and contemplate the charm of the old, thanks in particular to its beautiful through beams. It is equipped with air conditioning.
Located in the heart of the old town, 20 meters from the magnificent Saint Michel basilica, 1 minute walk from the sablettes beach and all the restaurants and water activities. Close to all amenities.
2km from the Italian border and 8km from the Principality of Monaco.
Regarding the parking of vehicles. There is a public car park near the sablettes beach, about 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Otherwise, there are a few free places in the rue du Vieux Chateaux near the Saint Michel basilica.
The train station is a 1.4km walk (19min) from the apartment. It will allow you to travel all over the coast, from Italy to Monaco to the city of Nice.
Ideal for doing everything on foot and being able to enjoy the architecture of the beautiful little streets of the old town.
