Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to come and enjoy a moment of relaxation in this charming and spacious house with garden, ideally located in a quiet dead end street in the center of Luc sur mer, only 300 m from the beach!
The house of 150 m² can accommodate up to 10 people and is composed of a large and bright living room with open kitchen, veranda with view on the garden, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 office room, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms. Large garden of 1 300 m² entirely closed, terrace, barbecue. Closed garage and outside parking space.
