This beautiful unique villa is located in a high standing villa district near Geneva & Lake. It was the first villa built in the district by a Sweden family with full love. It has wood structure, chocolate colors, a surrounding terras, 4 season garden with BBQ, a fireplace and a SPA room. You can enjoy sunshine the whole day in the living room and in the garden. ☀️☀️☀️House Rules☀️☀️☀️ 🌿Flexible time for check-in /check-out is possible upon request before booking (option: late checkout by 5pm with extra fees). 🌿SPA: option, available upon request with extra fees (Jacuzzi+ice buckets+music speaker) 🌿Indoor smoking is forbidden 🌿Residential district, only small family/friends gatherings are allowed with restrictions (☀️quiet hours 10pm-7am) 🌿All cars must be parked on the private parking (5 places). ☀️It’s forbidden to park cars on the sidewalks/property borders. 🌿 It’s forbidden to leave trash (papers, bottles, …) in the common area of the district. 🌷FREE: Parking, High speed WiFi and sport equipments (ping-pong, basketball, badminton, football, social games, books, playland…)
I’m a mum of a boy (2014) and a girl (2012). Both children like playing violin and tennis. My daughter is having an Art Study on violin. She is also one of the top 3 tennis players in the Canton. I spent 3ys in France and 15ys in Switzerland for study (double masters) and work. We are living near the house which we would rent to contribute a part of the expenses of children’s passions. We are a pleasant and easy going family. We like traveling, reading, music and sports. We look forward to welcoming friends from all over the world 🌿🌸☀️
Ideally for a relaxing stay between lakes and mountains, our SPA villa is located about 10 minutes’ walk from the lake (Tougues beach), 3 minutes by car from the Swiss border (Hermance), 10 minutes from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from Geneva center (or 20-30 mins by Swiss bus 38 at Chens-sur-Leman stop), Thonon and Evian, 40 minutes from Annecy, ski resorts and 50minutes from Chamonix. Enjoy your stay in a quiet, high standing villa district, near the village center and all amenities (market, baker's shop, restaurant, post office, station for electrical cars… ). See you soon! 🌿🌸☀️
