I rent my Modern loft duplex facing south, quiet area 15mn St Lazare, 10mn Défense, 30mn Champs Elysées. Everything is new , roof top , air conditioning, furnished in mind Knoll Design & Corbusier. Bright and charming, with equipped kitchen. IMPORTANT: BOOKING DOES NOT ALLOW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND HOSTS BEFORE THE RESERVATION IS FINALIZED. Residential district in the commune of Garenne Colombes, located behind Neuilly-sur-Seine, after the Ile de la Jatte. Very easy to find your way around because it is always straight ahead. A beautiful covered market twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday morning, a cute center with shops, ... several supermarkets also accessible. The Europe roundabout (100 meters away) is the best served axis of the area. 2 buses for the "La Défense" (5m), 2 buses for the Porte de Champerret, (15m), 02 stations 500m away for St Lazare in the heart of Paris (in 6m). The GPS on board the buses allow you to know at the minute the next arrival of the different transports. A secure car park is also available behind the residence.
