Ancienne bergerie 14 personnes + petite maison (jusqu'à 5 personnes) sur 7000 m2 de terrain. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. 2 cuisines intérieures. 1 cuisine extérieure et de nombreuses terrasses et espaces... Derrière la végétation luxuriante du jardin: la mer, le maquis et les montagnes. Véritable havre de paix à 500 mètres de la mer, à 10 minutes de Bastia, tout au sud du Cap Corse. Nombreuses Facilités à proximité. Détente en famille garantie!
Idéalement situé. Entouré de nature, vous jouissez du calme de la campagne Corse et de toutes les commodités à proximité: - La plage de Miomo accessible à pied, la montagne - Les infrastructures sportives tennis, terrain de basket, skate parc, terrain de football - Les commerces de proximité accessibles à pied (proxi, tabac, restaurants) 500m - L'aéroport de Bastia est à 25 minutes en voiture - Le port à 5-10 minutes en voiture
