Studio apartment Maryland is our most successful apartment for more them 17 years with the best views & large sunbathing terrace overlooking all the beaches and the wonderful coastline views from the sunbathing terrace on 5 th floor (has lift) of the Luxurious Maryland Residence at only 20 meters from the beach Located at the famous boulevard 'Promenade Des Anglais' between the private beaches .From the south facing terrace, you have panoramic views on the Negresco Hotel, the beach, and the coastline from Nice Airport on your far right side to Cap Ferrat on your left side. Large terrace with sun lounger - table + chairs Open kitchen with washing machine, micro wave, all kind of kitchen tools. This apartment on 5 th floor ( has lift ) inside secure residence with ground floor reception. IMPORTANT . when you booked we will send you the key instructions . Please check your email the day after you booked and send us your arrival [ flight ] details & GSM number. UPDATE 01/06/2020 To respect the current sanitarian measures we keep our managed properties after every check out empty until the following day before the next check in to ensure the health of safety of our guests .

Infront the building you have the well know Promeande des anglais with pubic en private beach named Miami beach. You have also door on the backside of the apartment to Reach av Californie with has large range of shops and restaurants.Most of them are open till late and also till late at night.
