This brand new luxury villa, situated in a quiet residential street next to the Golf course in Hossegor and 10mins drive to the beach, offers you tranquil luxury living at its finest. When you enter the villa, you are greeted by the immense view of the tropical garden and beautiful natural swimming pool. Attention to detail, bespoke design and high end craftsmanship features throughout the property and noted particularly on the chimney, dining and seating areas. In the open plan kitchen, you will have the use of 2 large fridges (one is American with ice and cold water), 2 ovens and utility/ laundry room with dryer and separate toilet. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including toilet and walking Italian shower), each featuring integrated mosquito nets and orientable blinds. Possibility to have 4 queen size beds and 1 king size (or 6 single beds, 1 queen size and 1 king size). Parental suite has a large walk-in dressing area and a bath in the bathroom. Each bedroom has a reversible AC (hot air and cold air possible). The house can be divided into 2 separated annexes (that are interconnected to the main house) and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Both the annexes have their own bedroom, shower room, terrace and separated access to the house - a perfect place for your nanny, chef, grandparents or anyone needing more privacy. One of the annex has its own fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The large tropical garden has an eco-friendly pool (chemical free UV cleaning system), and raised gazebo area for relaxing or play, complete with outdoor shower and toilet, as a must! The outside entertaining area and kitchen has separate bbq and plancha, with ample space at the handmade dining table and bench seating. This house is the very definition of ‘indoor-outdoor’ living. You’ll have use of games, kids toys, beautiful lawn space for football and even a shaded sandpit for the kids or Petanque field for all the grownup to enjoy the afternoons!! :-)

Neighbourhood information

With secure free parking onsite at the property, you can make use of surrounding bike paths in all directions to visit nearby shops and markets, or walk to the nearby bird / nature reserve to escape the crowds. The town, lake or ocean beaches at Hossegor or Seignosse are just a short 5-10 drive away - making this truly a perfect holiday home away from home.
