The fine print
The Campanile is open from 6.30am to 11pm on weekdays and from 7am to 11pm on weekends. If you cannot change your arrival time, please contact the hotel before 22:00 local time.
In case of no-show and if you cannot cancel your reservation before 22:00, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the reservation.
Subject to the presentation of identification corresponding to the name of the occupant(s), payments by credit card (PCS and NCKEL accounts are not allowed on the property) and cash are accepted at the hotel reception. All guests must provide a credit card at check-in.
The credit card will be pre-authorized at check-in. The pre-approval will be closed at the time of departure if no damage is found in the room.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
