Property information

Pleasant villa, with several outdoor spaces, close to Bastia, and the sea. Ideally located, you will have walking access to the beach of Toga, the new Port and all its shops (restaurants, bars, nautical base, etc.) as well as 2 tennis courts and 3 courts of Squash. You will find all the necessary facilities to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends. The area is very quiet, tranquility assured. For 6 people, the villa is spread over 2 levels. Ground floor: - A lounge with TV. - A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area: fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker + Nespresso… - A bathroom with walk-in shower + WC. 1st Floor: - 3 bedrooms with double beds 140x190 cm including 2 with TV. - A bathroom with bath + WC. Exterior: Several terraces. Broadband Internet (fiber optic). Supplied sheets and towel. Deposit: 1000 euros to give the day of your arrival and to restore at the end of stay.
