If you are looking for a truly local experience in a nice, safe and lively neighbourhood with quick and easy access (metro line 7 & 11) to all popular sites then this is YOUR place! The house of 80 sq. m features nice garden where you can enjoy your coffee or a nice glass of wine before discovering the city of Paris. Fully equipped kitchen opens up to spacious bright living room with fireplace and a direct access to the garden.
