Lovely stone house set in countryside, large pool, but only 10 minutes from the N10, ideal for house hunting, or stopover for travelling further south Easy walk into local town with 2 bars pizzeria Hotel restaurant Lots to se in the area, good for walking/hiking/cycling, we have covered space for motorcycles and bicycles
We move from the North east of England to this lovely part of France 15 years ago. we have lots of house hunters and can advise on living in France. We love Nature, and have lots of wildlife here at Chatenet, we also have a cat, guinea pigs, ducks and chickens. I make Mosaics which you will see adorn the property inside and out, we also have some pieces for sale.
This is rural France t its best Locally we have a fishing Lake 2km Tennis courts 4km Valiee de Singes (monkey park) 20km Futurescope 45km Cognac 50km
