Ideal for discovering Paris! IMPORTANT Just to let you know that a pre authorization for deposit will be perform to secure the reservation. We will ask after your reservation with Booking to add your credit card details in a link. This is only a preauthorization and nothing will be charge. This deposit hold will be used in case of necessity: Late check-out Property damage Additional cleaning required Violation of house rules ( like extra noise, extra guests, smoking, etc)

On the same floor, i renovated 11 appartments with love and taste. The building is secure . Cameras in the building and in the main corridor leading to the appartment. My team are dedicated to give you a clean and cosy appartment so that you can feel at home. Dryers are normally not a service that we provide as these are dedicated to our cleaning team, but we can allow you to use them only from 6pm to 8h30 pm if needed.
