日本「３星ホテルとしての質、場所も良かったですが、受付で私に対応をしていただいた３人の女性の方々は、親切・丁寧に対応をしてくださり、ブションのリコメドも素晴らしいお店ばかりでした。 金額もリーズナブルでした。 この対応をしていただいただけでも、リヨンにきて良かったという思いにさせていただいた。 このホテルの近くにある４星ホテルにも宿泊しましたが、対応の良さは、このホテルにかないません。 また、機会があれば、泊りたくなるホテルになりました。」
