Welcome to your dream retreat in the heart of Provence! Ranked as a 5-star property by the French Ministry of Tourism. Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of lavender fields, rolling hills, and picturesque villages, our exquisite property offers an unparalleled escape for relaxation and adventure. The property boasts a storied past, tracing its origins back to the 17th century when it served as the summer residence of the Archbishop of Aix-en-Provence. Following an extensive 3.5-year renovation, the property has been exquisitely restored, preserving its historical charm while incorporating modern comforts. Today, it remains a true reflection of the authentic Provençal lifestyle. The Main House features 7 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It includes two fully-equipped kitchens, two spacious dining areas, a generous living room, a cozy TV room, a well-appointed gym, and a refreshing swimming pool and jacuzzi. Additionally, there are several terraces for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. The house has high-speed glass fibre Wi-Fi, providing reliable connectivity for “workations” and video conferencing.
Agatha is the property owner and will be your main contact before and during your stay, she speaks french and english fluently. Liane is the property manager, she will be here to welcome you, as well as explain you everything about the property at Check-in, and proceed the Check-out. During your stay Liane will be available to help you with anything you may need. The property manager lives in a separate house on the property and insures that guests are safe and confortable at all time. Liane speaks French and German fluently.
The property is located at the edge of a 10 hectar forest (the “edge of a forest” translates to “La Lisiere” in French). Surrounded by lavender fields and forest hills, it is the perfect place to disconnect from the everyday life and enjoy nature at its best. The nearest villages are Sault and Monieux, both are less than 2km from the property, you can find there: restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, local farmer markets (every Wednesdays in Sault) and much more.. Location: Approximately 60 minutes’ drive from Avignon TGV train station. About 1hour 40 minutes drive from Marseille airport.
