Advantages: a peaceful setting, a private garden, and spacious rooms. A private pond is available to guests, not far from the cottage, for fishing or relaxing. The living area can be adapted for a meeting or training room, accommodating approximately 10 to 12 people per day. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchen, a lounge, a dining room, a shower room, two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a toilet, and a garage with parking space for one car. Outside, a private, unfenced garden with a dining area and a relaxing area with a barbecue.
