✅ The main advantage is that it is very large, with a lot of space and ideally located in the Centre of Evry. ✅ In the opinion of our guests, the 3 rooms, with double beds, provide significant comfort. 👉This establishment is acclaimed by : ⭐️ Professional customers, possibility of accommodating 4 employees independently ⭐️ Families, the possibility of accommodating up to 8 people, and on request we can provide an umbrella bed + high chair. ⭐️ Tourists passing through Paris and its region. (Possibility to reach Paris Gare de Lyon in 35 minutes via RER D) ⭐️ Proximity to Paris Orly airport (25 minutes by car) ⭐️ Ideally located in the town centre and 5 minutes walk from the Évry-Courcouronnes train station. ⭐️ Very well located, and in front of the Regional Shopping Centre Évry 2, soon to be named: "Le Spot". ⭐️ Each room is equipped with a TV with Netflix access to enjoy your favourite series. ⭐️ A PS4 console to entertain yourself and your friends. ⭐️ Equipped just like at home! 😍Drop off your luggage and enjoy your stay! 🤩
