Welcome in Lyon Gerland! A 64 m² sunny apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) with a balcony. It’s fully equipped and well furnished: a living room, a kitchen with all the modern facilities, bathroom & separate WC and 2 bedrooms. flat screen TV WIFI, Black & white bedroom: a matrimonial bed (160 x 190 cm), a dressing and a fan to cool the hot summer nights. The Green bedroom : twin beds which can be clubbed to make a large matrimonial bed (180 x 200 cm) with a direct access to the balcony. 2 parking spaces are available at the feet of the building with a supplement. Families are welcome. The rooms are big enough to place a folding baby bed (up to 4-5 years old). We can also provide nursery items (baby bathtub, changing mat). We do expect you to take care of the place and leave it in the same conditions as you found it. If you cook, please let the kitchen clean and in order after using it.

We love our city and we shall be delighted to give you some tips about the places to visit, to feel and to enjoy: restaurants, theater, opera, cinema, landmarks, shopping. There are so much to do in Lyon!

The apartment is right on the Rhone river banks with a nice walking path ideal for joggers, walkers, bikers. We are only 25 min by walk from Bellecour (center). The new mall Confluence is only 2 tramway stops from the nearest station (“Halle Tony Garnier”) A Velo'V station (public bicycles) is just 2 min far from our residence, The nearest bus stop is at 5 min: C7 will take you to Part Dieu (mall & train station), The nearest tramway (“Halle Tony Garnier”) and metro (“Place Jean Jaurès”) stations are 10-12 min walking from home. Highway is also less than 10 min Gerland district is very well connected to the city (Tramway, Metro, Bus, Vélo'V). Bakery (7D/7), supermarket Super U (7D/7), a fruit & vegetables grocery shop "BAIL" (7D/7) and pharmacy (6D/7) are in a walking distance from the apartment.
