Company information

New owners since September 6, 2024, we decided to change our lives and we bought this wonderful estate which was already in operation. Our two families are settled on site and we will be delighted to welcome you in a good mood.

Property information

This estate also has a large swimming pool (19x9), a petanque court, a ping-pong table and a children's play area. In high season, a bar, a table d'hôtes and a takeaway snack service are available to residents. It is also possible to order bread and pastries every day in July and August. Three gîtes, four guest rooms, two safari lodge tents and 15 camping pitches are available for rent. Our three cottages are rated three stars.

Neighbourhood information

This former silk mill, bordered by the Doux, a first-class river, is located in the heart of nature in a peaceful setting. Nature lovers will be delighted to discover the green Ardèche, on foot or by bike. Embark on the Mastrou (steam train) to enjoy the beauty of the Doux Gorges, and for those with a sweet tooth, a visit to the Valrhôna chocolate city is an hour from the estate. For young and old alike, there's no shortage of activities, and there's something for everyone.
