Renovated house located in the countryside, 8 km from the village of Challans and 6 km from the village of Commequiers. The accommodation is close to the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (20 km) and Saint-Jean-de-Monts (22 km), and 35 km from the Noirmoutier bridge. The cottage, adjoining the owners' home, comprises a living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor, a first bedroom (one double bed) with a shower and toilet, and a second bedroom (one queen-size bed) with a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, access via a covered staircase located in the entrance veranda leads to a third bedroom (one queen-size bed + two single trundle beds) with a shower room and separate toilet. A glass door in the living room provides indoor access to the heated, covered swimming pool (3.20 x 7.20 m), open year-round. The pool area includes a shower and provides access to a fourth separate toilet. The pool water is treated with salt.
