Ground floor: rustic style fitted kitchen with dining area. Living room (sofa bed). Shower room, separate WC. 1ST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed + 1 double bed). Storage room with baby equipment (2 umbrella beds and a bathtub). The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage cans), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption The enclosed flower garden of 200 m² ensures pleasure and relaxation. Garden furniture, parasol, 2 armchairs, charcoal barbecue. Table football, ping-pong table, boules and badminton. 3 VTC adult bikes are available free of charge on request. You will be welcomed at the gîte by Mr. Jean-François Dezavelle. Property managed by a professional.
