A 2nd bedroom on the mezzanine (3 beds 90) ideal for children or teenagers, with suspended play area overlooking the living room! Beautiful amenities: heated floor, suspended toilets, Italian showers, heated towel rails, and plenty of space in this gîte. The owners, a farming couple, will offer you a visit to their farm, you will love it! You will love the comfort of this gîte opened in June [hidden], renovation of an old farm in the countryside of the Monts du Lyonnais. All the advantages of the countryside (peace, superb view, detached house in the middle of the fields, plenty of space) and 1 km from the village of Panissières with all its shops. Private grounds in front of the cottage ([hidden] m²), courtyard, sheltered terrace for enjoying the outdoors in complete tranquility, second terrace accessible from the living room... For your comfort, utilities are included in the price, beds are made upon arrival, and you even have fiber optic internet access! Ideally located 55 km from St-Etienne and Lyon. Access to the cottage is via a [hidden]-meter driveway.
