Direct access to the river. 300m from the city center. Close to sports and cultural activities and the train station. Gîte completely restored and equipped in 2022 for 6 people in an exceptional setting by the river, on the ground floor of a beautiful 18th century residence. Come and enjoy with family or friends an unusual and very quiet place, close to shops with a view of the castle. You will be charmed by this peaceful and warm environment in the heart of the city. The cottage includes a living room with lounge area, dining room with fitted and equipped open kitchen (gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave), 2 bedrooms with for the first, a double bed, storage, desk, TV and private bathroom with WC and the second with a double bed, cupboards, desk, private bathroom with WC, as well as an isolated space composed of 2 single bunk beds. A separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine complete this gite. Wifi, closed private car park. Beds made on arrival. Heating included. Cleaning fee in addition for professionals 50euros. A deposit of 300euros will be requested upon arrival. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable. Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
