Single-storey gite in a large Gâtinaise farmhouse located in a village. Close to owners. At the front, it has a large enclosed and independent courtyard with a covered shelter. At the back, you will enjoy an enclosed garden with swings, basketball hoop and picnic table. Sceaux-du-Gatinais is only 1 hour from Paris or Orléans, 15 km from Montargis in the heart of Gâtinais. Single-storey house with: kitchen, living/dining room, separate toilet, shower room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds). Electricity, heating and sheets included in the price. Beds made on arrival. End of stay cleaning in addition at 60euros. Bail. Property managed by a professional.
